Your tasks in housekeeping

Control of cleanliness in all rooms and public areas • Ensuring quality standards • Scheduling of cleaning staff • Staff training and induction • Supervision of trainees and interns • Supervision and control of the external cleaning company (if available) • Support of the housekeeping team • Ensuring optimal guest service • Ordering and inventory of cleaning products, guest items and linen • Various office tasks • Proper handling of lost and found items

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach oder in der Hauswirtschaftundidealerweise erstePraxiserfahrung in ähnlicher Position. • Oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung/entsprechende Erfahrungen im Housekeeping • Vertrauter Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie gängiger Hotelsoftware • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Professional competencies
Completed training as a hotel manager • German and very good English skills, further foreign language of advantage • Familiar with MS-Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) • Knowledge of hotel management and reservation software is advantageous • Initial professional experience at the front office in a similar house (e.g. as a hotel concierge or similar)
